A friend sent this to me...
It's been said that God first separated the salt water from the fresh, made dry land, planted a garden, made animals and fish... All before making a human. He made and provided what we'd need before we were born.
A sliced Carrot looks like the human eye. The pupil, iris and radiating lines look just like the human eye... And YES, science now shows carrots greatly enhance blood flow to and function of the eyes.
A Tomato has four chambers and is red. The heart has four chambers and is red. All of the research shows tomatoes are loaded with lycopine and are indeed pure heart and blood food.
Grapes hang in a cluster that has the shape of the heart. Each grape looks like a blood cell and all of the research today shows grapes are also profound heart and blood vitalizing food.
A Walnut looks like a little brain, a left and right hemisphere, upper cerebrums and lower cerebellums. Even the wrinkles or folds on the nut are just like the neo-cortex. We now know walnuts help develop more than three (3) dozen neuron-transmitters for brain function.
Kidney Beans actually heal and help maintain kidney function and yes, they look exactly like the human kidneys.
Celery, Bok Choy, Rhubarb and many more look just like bones. These foods specifically target bone strength. Bones are 23% sodium and these foods are 23% sodium. If you don't have enough sodium in your diet, the body pulls it from the bones, thus making them weak. These foods replenish the skeletal needs of the body.
Avocadoes, Eggplant and Pears target the health and function of the womb and cervix of the female - they look just like these organs. Today's research shows that when a woman eats one avocado a week, it balances hormones, sheds unwanted birth weight, and prevents cervical cancers. And how profound is this? It takes exactly nine (9) months to grow an avocado from blossom to ripened fruit. There are over 14,000 photolytic chemical constituents of nutrition in each one of these foods (modern science has only studied and named about 141 of them).
Figs are full of seeds and hang in twos when they grow. Figs increase the mobility of male sperm and increase the numbers of Sperm as well to overcome male sterility.
Sweet Potatoes look like the pancreas and actually balance the glycemic index of diabetics.
Olives assist the health and function of the ovaries
Oranges, Grapefruits, and other Citrus fruits look just like the mammary glands of the female and actually assist the health of the breasts and the movement of lymph in and out of the breasts.
Onions look like the body's cells. Today's research shows onions help clear waste materials from all of the body cells. They even produce tears which wash the epithelial layers of the eyes. A working companion, Garlic, also helps eliminate waste materials and dangerous free radicals from the body.
These are best and more powerful when eaten raw. God left us a great clue as to what foods help what part of our body!

Really fascinating info and the pictures are great! I try to pay attention to what I eat and usually include most of these, but now I have even more reason! Thanks, Judy, great post as always!
That is neat information. Never thought of fruit and veggies in that manner.
That is an amazing post - in fact I have never heard this before and am going to print this out. Wouldnt it be a great way to encourage children and adults to eat more vegetbles. Love it! Really do.
My mother was very much into natural healing/herbology. What she told me worked often enough that I never doubted her.
I loved this post. It reminded me of happy times and I'm sure if I focus I will remember other things she taught me that I have forgotten.
This reminds me of my college biology class. Our first lab was to look at onion cells under a microscope. We then discussed how onions help the skin expel waste.
This is a wonderful post, Judy. Very informative and easy to remember what type of foods help with what part of the body. Thank you so much!
I now see my fruit bowl in a new light. Thanks Judy
Judy I enjoyed this information
Beautiful pictures. Have a great day. Blessings to you from Nashville.
What an interesting post, Judy! I really do believe that God has provided everything we need here on earth for both our souls and bodies, and it is just our job to discover it. But I'd never considered the idea that He gave us visual clues like this.
Wonderful post, as always!
Hi, Judy!
I'm so sad that you aren't going to Forkland, I had a secret hope of seeing you there! But, I did finally talk to Marjory and tell her you said hi. She just grinned that sweet smile and said to tell you hello too and that she misses seeing you.
I took my iris painting up yesterday so it will be displayed this year. She had to show me the newspaper article of her first car during WWII and how she had painted it with slogans and sayings. I also noticed that for the first time, the set-up outside the school will be a bit different this year. It looks like they have more this year than any before. We plan to go Saturday after the Fall Color Hike at the wildlife refuge on Carpenter's Creek.
Sure do wish you were able to come, but maybe next year!
Love, Teresa

Wonderful post. I had heard some of that, but never saw pictures to go with it. Makes us want to eat our veggies, doesn't it?
Very interesting Judy , enjoyed reading very much, loved the pictures to go with it.

I really like reading your different and interesting posts, and this one is one of the most helpful. It's a good one to keep! Thanks...
Yours posts are really thought provoking. You talk about things that I never thought about. It's really good exercise for the brain - and facinating! I like your perspective.
Sweetie
I've seen some of this before Judy, but you've presented it so well. There's communication and communication - and you're a communicator!
Cheers

Hi Judy, God's Pharmacy looks so much better with the pictures to go with the wording... Good Job!
Love Kate x.
Eleutheros, I have been reading his blogs for 2 years, he has 3 one about gardening, one about food on his table and this one I was talking about.
I have gained a little knowledge about his life.
he has electrice because he has the computer and other things but he uses them as little as possible.
He was a teacher at one time so perhaps he has a penison, he never says.
he does buy things but in bulk from a minniote store I think. he has a truck which he uses to haul what ever and to go to town for what he needs.
he may sell produce at a farmers market but I doubt it because he uses what he grows.
He farms with a horse and plow.
he has a wife and children but he doesn't mention much about them.
I think they might be home schooled.
he paid for his land when he moved there with money he had saved from his work.
he has wrote about useing lamps so he uses the electric for what is necessary only or what he considers necessary.
on the road to babylion is a blog about thinking and his thoughts.
He does have some income but I don't know how much or what it is.
I think he is a very smart educated person and I like to read his thoughts but his post are far apart.
I just checked--your wonderful "Cinnamon and Honey" post got 30 comments. I'll bet this one gets even more.
This is fascinating stuff--thank you for sharing.
By the way, my sourdough starter (from your recipe) thrives and has supplied us with many a loaf of delicious bread, and some great waffles, too. My sister has started some of her own. Your influence spreads...
What a wonderful piece. I will share this with my friends. I know it will help me to eat more of the right foods. Thanks so much.
Thanks for visiting today, very much appreciated. hope all is well.

Judy,
This is very interesting...and it sure seems that God was giving us some hints here!

What a terrific post! I never knew all this about these foods before. How neat that they each correlate with parts of the body that they give nutrition to.
God surely made some wondrous things!!!!
Wow, this was so interesting and informative!! It all makes sense too! Thanks Judy!!
Thanks for the visit Judy, always a pleasure to hear from you.
